This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, memberships, add-ons, and services offered by the Reset Room (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds on Services
All sales for our services—including cold immersion sessions, red light therapy, membership access, and add-on packages—are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for: Unused time or sessions, change of mind, lack of desired results, scheduling conflicts, adverse reactions or discomfort, membership cancellations initiated by the customer, missed or skipped visits, dissatisfaction with the experience or service outcomes. Due to the nature of our offerings and immediate access to equipment and facility use, no refunds will be issued once a purchase or renewal has been completed.
2. Membership Billing
Monthly membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle—but no prorated refunds or partial credits will be given.
3. Add-On Packages
Optional add-ons (such as towel services or comfort upgrades) are also non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they are used.
4. Gift Cards & Promotional Purchases
Gift cards, promotions, and discounted packages are non-refundable and hold no cash value. Expired promotions cannot be renewed or refunded.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are not offered for service use under any circumstance, we may, at our sole discretion, consider adjustments in situations such as: duplicate charges, billing system errors, unauthorized transactions. Any such consideration is purely voluntary and does not constitute a precedent or future obligation.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for: Reviewing service descriptions before purchase, ensuring they are medically cleared to participate in services within the membership period, understanding that discomfort or difficulty may be inherent to cold immersion and red light therapy. No refunds will be issued due to failure to understand or comply with these responsibilities.
