You may use this website only if you meet all of the following conditions: You are at least 18 years old, you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, you agree to use the website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&C. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to any user who violates these terms.

Our business provides experiences including deliberate cold immersion sessions, red light therapy, facility access, and related amenities. Memberships may include monthly access, add-on services (such as towel warmer packages), and other offerings that we may add, remove, or change at our discretion. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Membership & Payment Terms

Membership pricing is posted on our website and may include options such as a $35 monthly access plan and optional add-ons such as a $5 comfort package. All membership fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles. Members are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if payment is declined or overdue.

 

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our Services are wellness-oriented and do not constitute medical treatment or medical advice. You acknowledge that cold immersion and red light therapy involve risks based on the individuals initial health status. You agree that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for consulting with a medical professional if you have any health concerns. Use of our Services implies acceptance of all related risks as outlined in our Liability Waiver, which all participants must sign before using the facility.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the website—including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, and design elements—is owned by the Company or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written consent.
